GW2: Lost Shores Event and Trial This Weekend

A spectacular one-time world event! Unravel a mystery of epic proportions in The Lost Shores, a storyline that begins at 12:00 PM (9:00 PM CET) on November 16. Join a fight against a formidable new threat that culminates in a once-in-a-lifetime, thrilling conclusion on November 18. Face a brand-new species, earn unique rewards, gather new crafting resources, learn new recipes, and much more! Lost Shores will change the face of Tyria—don’t miss it!
There will be new things to do added each day, starting with the defence of Lion’s Arch, and culminating in “an epic one-time event” from 12pm PST on the 18th, which will see players attempting to take down the Ancient Karka on a new map.
Conveniently, there’s also a free trial weekend starting on the 15th and running until the end of the event, but you’ll have to get an invite from someone already playing (we have 3 invites available, for the first 3 people to contact us with their email addresses), and the invites are in short supply.
